If she thinks she is pregnant then rather than second guessing a bunch of vague symptoms, wait until her period is overdue and then take a home pregnancy test. That way you can know for sure.
Some women can "feel" pregnant (if they know what they are looking for) as early as 3-4 weeks after conception but to be honest, a lot of women who are hoping to be pregnant or fearful of becoming pregnant can talk themselves into having a whole range of pregnancy related symptoms, whether they are or not.
Hormone levels reach the point where full on pregnancy symptoms establish themselves (if they are going to at all, because some women experience none at all) at about 4 weeks after conception.
Do a test, do a test, do a test, do a test.......

This changes for each woman, the most common time for women to start getting morning sickness is between 6 -12 weeks, and it can come and go or stay with them throughout the pregnancy. They will start to feel the baby moving, about 21 weeks, though some people do feel it later or before then. You will be given a scan at approx 12 -16 weeks, which should be clear enough to see the outline of the baby.
I hope that this is enough info for you.
Good Luck

Each woman is different. Even though the pregnancy test proves positive, that doesn't mean she'll experience symptoms like other women. Some women have deficiencies that cause them to eat things that aren't edible such as dirt, powder, clay, metal, etc.
For me, I never experienced morning sickness (or any other kind of sickness) throughout my entire pregnancy. I also didn't start showing until I was 7 months pregnant and gave birth prematurely at 8 months.
I highly suggest getting her the book titled, "What to Expect When You're Expecting." It's a fantastic book that every pregnant woman (and even dads!) should have!!!
