Honestly, you could say that it was an accident and maybe get away with it and not go to jail, BUT the family can sue you in civil court and they could get a lot of $$$ out of you... kind of like O.J Simpson... he won in criminal court but lost on civil court. So unless you want half of your pay check going to that person's family, i wouldn't do it.

if the accident was your fault the parents or wife or husband would probably sue you because chances are the settlement would exceed your liability limits on your insurance policy. see brandy's current situation?

hell yeah you can...happens here in the UK all the time...
people here get run over by NOOBS with no licence, no insurance and still manage to get away with a slap on the wrist....
come to UK and run a NOOB over, we'll set up a charity to buy you a big truck to do it properly!!

pls don think like this. there is no value about the live. once only we born, are u sure about ur wakeup everyday after u go to bed? this is our daily routine life.. who is the person give such order to kill someone? are u a god? after killing someone whats ur position? how ur family think and feel about u?? its ok to u?? no right?? think and do good!!!

be drunk or doped while doing that, consequences,
u'll be punished for irresposible driving
license will be sacked,
u may have to pay large amount of money to relatives of dead guy
loss social respect
u'll start hating ur self coz u r a gud guy and u cant bear such guilty consious.

no that will be manslaughter, if you do intensionally then its murder, manslaughter is by accident
and you could still be convected of dangerous driving and get a long sentence but all is under circumstanses
wouldnt advice it, not worth it,
