I live in Canada and have been giving my son brita filtered water since 8 mths. We never drink water straight from the tap only because I don't like the chemical taste. My doctor advised from 8 mths on that I could give tap, filtered, bottled water etc.

Tap water, I won't suggest. Better u boil the water before give it to ur little daughter, specially if it is rainy days there. And atleast filter the water even in normal days. Babies require a gr8 care, isn't it?

chlorinated? - I would use a Brita filter - if the sell that on your side of the pond
to get the chlorine out - it is so strong it can 'kill' the
the flora in our digestive systems we need to digest food
read up on it

i feel your baby is still small and her body will not be ready to fight with outside germs, so kindly give her hot water only... it is no harm and even you will be tension free
