The real test for you is to spell his name - Napoleon BONAPARTE (or Napoleone di Buonaparte). Russia and America did not "make effects", they had talks, and signed treaties -SALT (Strategic Arms Limitations Treaty). As I am not a real historian, I cannot tell you about Mazzini and Cavour, but as someone who answers historical answers often, I can tell you that full names, and correctly-spelled names, make answering questions a lot easier.
