Shut down the system and restart it, keep pressing F8 when you see the Boot screen and get into the Safe mode only wait until it loads click on administrator( it should not ask for a Password in most of the cases) if you can log in now get in to the user accounts and delete the Password for your account or you can delete the complete account and create a new account to start off as a new user.

If any of the different money owed that have been setup in living house windows as an Administrator then you could reset the administrator password. If that's no longer the case you're incredibly out of success.

boot it up and hit f10 and do a recovery and REFORMAT the PC. That way you will start new again. Normally, she could get on the internet, but then if she tries to load certain programs she would need administration priviledges. But a complete recovery will do this.

do you have any access to the pc at all, ie are you totally locked out or can u log in as 1 account? best bet is to try re-booting in safe mode (hammer f10 during boot) and it will hopefully log you in as an administrator, from here you should be able to go to the control panel, and double click users, and simply adjust things from in here
