A great salesman and communicator who has no original ideas, or someone who keeps coming up with great ideas but cannot communicate them?

The communicator is more talented. He who is able to communicate effectively can deligate, assign, expound upon and share ideas with others. Regarding the other guy, what difference dose it make that he has great ideas when he cannot convey his thoughts to anyone? He might as well be a wart on a frog's bottom.

the someone who has great ideas bt cannot communicte is talented.
the salesman who copies is the more skilled at his art and making a living, wheter it be honest or not.
communication skills are vital for salesmen
