I think it should be knowledge of polishing tools and weapons because without that, other three wouldn't have been possible.

And in my opinion, some of the greatest revolutions in human life are:
1. Discovery of Electricity
2. Discovery of digit 0
3. Telephone
4. Computer

Grand things have their basis in simple things.

Agriculture is simple but allowed humans to recede from the perils of the hunter/gather lifestyle, which allowed for greater focus on sustenance, innovation, and accumulated knowledge. Agriculture ultimately paved the road for civilization and further inventions.
