Well I'm not a big fan of either but at least Phil Collins can sing in tune. Has anyone ever heard Chris de Burgh singing Lady in red LIVE? He's so flat!
I like a few of Phil Collins' singles - especially Why Can't It Wail Til Morning.

Both pretty bad, but I used to quite like Chris de Burgh but have never liked Phil Collins (crappy vocals) so Collins has my vote

Lady in Red worked well as a slow song at my parties in the 80's :)

I have been a fan of Phil Collins since he became the lead singer with Genesis. He has a fabulous voice, a great sense of humour and boy, can he write brilliant songs! One of my favourites is 'Heat Haze'. Now then, Chris de Burgh. Only really remembered for singing 'Lady in Red' although I did like his 'Spaceman came travelling' from many years ago. I don't dislike Chris de Burgh but I love Phil Collins!

They're both awful musically, but Phil Collins never claimed to be able to heal people by touching them... so Chris De Burgh it is.

Chris De Bore sorry Burgh. yawn yawn. only person worse is Daniel O Donnell. hes the only person who can sing great songs from any era and make them all sound the same. I like Phil Collins though.

Even though Collins' solo career sucks, his work in Genesis as the drummer is outstanding. So I'd have to go with Chris De Burgh.

one word; RANDOM. Chris de burgh? He only had one hit, and even though phil collins is a ****, Phil Collins really is musically superior. Oh my god, i just called phill collins 'musically superior'. Wheres that shotgun. He is a good drummer incidentally.
