Is it safe to use a runnng machine/treadmill when pregnant?
Its just i usually work out and ive just found out im pregnant with my 3rd child but i still want to keep fit.

yes you can, but see that you dont run or go the exercise till you are tired

Don't Even think about it ... you could roll like a ball if you fell and harm your baby !
ask your doctor

try to walk at home and besides all pregnant women gets little fat but they'll loose weight after they brith the their babies

No it is not safe.
