not much in legal shi*, but what all i can say is "why the hell you need to hate yourself",
"if you're not going to love you, nobody else will do the honor."

It happens. But you really don't hate yourself do you? If you are like me you use negative emotion to power the overdrive in your routines. One of the hardest things in my life was learning how to relax. I will give you an example of negative feedback. I was driving home this evening and I looking for an excuse to put myself down. I thought dam, I will go home and do another 8km to meet my goals, but when I tallied up my performance I have been doing really good 52-56 km per week for most of the season. In my mind I am so used to putting myself down as a reason to exercise. I also use negative feedback as a reason not to ask out women on dates. I am not worthy of sex, sad isn't it. I am not worthy of even being touched,caressed or kissed. It has been a really long time so I have been punished good for my mistakes and in some ways the celibacy brings out an emotion that is really deep rooted in my thoughts. I am almost certain that if I were ever to love again tears would form. The last time I wanted to love I was rejected and instead of rejoicing with another person my head hung in shame, I don't think she realized my inexperience, it took her by surprise, just a little tease that went too far that's all. Totally my fault. I still remember the shame and self hatred. I am too sensitive and I used to pick the wrong ones all of the time, don't worry I will beat myself up bad for expressing my inner emotions.

TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE....
While it's not illegal to hate yourself, there are some states where it's illegal to commit suicide - especially if you fail....
In New York City, it's a 50 dollar fine to spit on the subway - vomiting is free.....

Currently legal in all fifty states and the District of Columbia, as long as you don't act illegally on it.
