If he got elected to the post of the President of India, he Will not act as a rubber stamp, as most of the presidents. do. Politically elected governments cannot digest that. He is the one who taught the power of an Election Commissioner to the Indians. Since then others are following. The way Indians want to know the real power or duty of the Indian President.
