Yeah you can. I am an ICU nurse and I cannot even begin to tell you the cases we have seen in the unit from imploditis this year alone and this is the season for it to occur with all of the side walk sales at the mall and everything. Just go down very slowly and you will be fine. If you do catch youself in mid sit though you MUST call 911 immediately because even a near implosion can be quite serious.

unless you have an unstable bladder, inflating by the minute...and could explode inside you (causing you to implode), if you made any abrupt movement....or something like that...lol
