Unless we take effective steps in population control and bring about agrarian reforms of far reaching consequence, we will never be able to achieve that ideal.

Well, as Indians we do care, & believe that India is surely going to be in the list of developed countries on or before 2020, well presently except few things rest all is going pretty well as it should be. But, I believe it is not only the duty of our Government to work for the development of the country, but it is the duty of every citizen. We should properly follow our rights & duties towards our mother land but, before that we must know what our duties towards our country are. Even Government is just like us, it is not a machine or a Robert.
Last but not the least; India will be the Godfather for this whole world in coming years, not only in science & technology but in all good aspects. Well 2 things we will miss in our country & that would be beautiful beaches & Islands like in other countries.

Yes definitely. But All Indians should be in India. They can visit any country at any time, but they have to work for India only. If so, there is no doubt in 'India is an developed country' within 2020.

in year 4040 also it will not be a developed country.
bcoz we cant able to raise any questions to the polititions
when a last citizen can able to ask questions to the first citizen then our country will become a developed country
