Try "D's" Haandi Biryani - located under the Defence Colony Flyover market. D's have branches as well in Delhi and neighbouring Malls. Though they sell normal biryani as well, but their Haandi Biryani is sumptuous, served with Chutney-onions and Raita.

Besides, many localities in Delhi do/did have famous biryani shops but the recent sealing drive has uprooted many such outlets.

If you want to eat the real Muglai Biryani go to KARIM in Jama Masjid. The owners of Karim claims that their ansesters were the cook of Mugals. The taste and flavour of Biryani is unforgetable. Try it.
