not knowing when I am next going to take a stroke or another brain haemorrhage & what will the outcome be next time

fairly probably, the unknown. The unknown has continually been humanity's greatest worry. the phobia or the threat that some thing, anybody, any second ought to bounce out and end your existence continuously, without you understanding it has continually instilled paranoia in people.

getting another person in your life that makes you lose all your friends and relatives because of jealousy issues.
working in a job you detest and find boring..but are trapped there for many years as you have run out of options and are too much in debt/obligations to quit
dieing and going to hell>>>>this sould be number one....duh
