the centre of gravitation .is where the gravity. acts on centre . consider a fan , or aflowting boby on the surface of water, which is not fully diped, it flows due to the action of centre of gravity

I think it is the centre of the weight of a thing.

If you find a sheet of iron, you can put it on the edge of a stick when the edge hits the centre of gravity of the iron. You can he see the iron stay in balance without falling to the ground.
