all of the above and a million more uses, i fix EVERYTHING with blu-tac, it never lets me down, an i thought it was just me! LOL!

Only if you roll it up into a tennis ball size and squeeze it really hard will you relieve your stress with blu-tac, you might be better off counting to ten really slowly whilst clenching your fists to relieve the stress.

I had to look up Blu-Tak because I've never heard of it. Here we call it Fun-Tak and believe it or not I didn't make the connection. Anyway, I'd say stress therapy is it's most practical use, so it's both.

I used blu-tac to replace a filling that fell out. when I woke in the morning I felt sick.

I find that popping the bubbles on the bubblewrap (you can buy it really cheap at Wal-Mart) is much more therapeutic and it serves a dual purpose. It annoys the hell out of everyone else in the room but they are just jealous

Both! I'm a teacher and I have a few kids who keep it in their pockets to play with! It gets really grubby and gross!
