My top mangement asked me to relieve my colleague duty when she go for 3 mths maternity.
I was force to accept it but in my heart I really unwilling. Can you give me some idea, how to ask the company for compensation?? I'm prepare if they don't acceet my proposal, I'll resign. So please give me some advise, thank you.

You should have brought up the compensation when you accepted to take on the duties. Go to your manager and ask what compensation they had in mind for doing this extra work, at least then they will know that you are expecting something and it opens the conversation up for negotiations.

isnt that illegal?
i would dob them in to the consumer watchdog
that is just wrong and unfair
