That isn't exactly legal, unless the book is put on the internet by the author.
You can get sound-versions of books from the iTunes Store though. (eBooks)

im afraid there is not such site where in u can read the whole book itself but u can read some of the chapters or half of the book just for u too have an idea on whats inside that book

try to visit google and click on books

then just search from there..
