May I please go out of the box and choose frozen mango pulp and or sherbert. Between the two if I really have to choose ice cream.

I'm going to assume you're using the term jelly in the British sense, referring to gelatin dessert. I'm vegetarian and gelatin or Jello isn't generally a vegetarian dish so I'll go with ice cream. My favorite ice cream is peppermint stick, but there are very few ice creams I don't like (tried a beer ice cream once...not crazy about that, but I did like the balsamic vinegar ice cream, the black pepper ice cream and the white pepper ice cream that I tried on various occasion at Extraordinary Desserts in San Diego, CA.)
