Your silencer (back box) is breaking up, in time through rust or wear and tear the silencing material packed in there becomes dislodged, replace it quickly since if it is partially blocking the exhaust then back pressure will prevent your engine from running correctly.
A back box is a lot cheaper than a CAT.

One of the baffles in the exhaust has collapsed. It's the sound absorbant packing you'll be seeing, which has nothing to do with the cat. Eventually it will restrict the exhaust and the car will lose power, so get the exhaust replaced.

This is a ingrown HondaCivicTregxarus which had become extinct 5 million years ago but now has appeared again inside your exhaust. Let it remain exhausted, otherwise you will get into trouble.

Probably glassfibre from the silencer, which is breaking up. Have it changed before the CAT is damaged by the change in backpressure.
