I didnt back-up my purchased songs off itunes and had to completely erase/restore my ipod so i was just wondering if there is any way of getting back my purchased songs back on to my itunes library?..I know there are alot of ipod audio ripper programs but dont want to take that route.

pull up you itunes store and click check for purchases, and you songs should redownload, but if not, you should have backed them up. i tunes and apple gives you a warning about that, and its wise to heed the warning. i have about $500 of stuff on itunes, even more that i imported from cds that i no longer have. i would have to spend about $750 to get all my stuff back, or buy $15 worth of blank cds, and have that security that i know that if i have to wipe out my ipod, i'll be able to listen to my music again in a few hours, in stead of a few days, and after hundreds of dollars.

did you get something via email? maybe check your itunes library

i thought u could redownload a song for free provided u payed for it??? try that
