There are no rules that say you should be crying every day sweetie. You have had quite a long time to moarn anyway. You are alive and your life is here for living... Your mum would be quite upset I think, if you were to be sad all the time. Be happy and celebrate life and the happy memories you have with your mum.

People say that time heals. Well, I don't believe that it heals really, but you don't hurt as much as you use to. I lost a son 17 yrs ago come April. I use to cry all the time for the 1st few yrs. Now the only time I really cry for him is on his birth\deathday (plus the couple days before & after). Just cuz you don't cry anymore does not mean you don't miss her or still love her. It is just a little easier to get thro is all.

My mom also passed away when I was two years old! Now I am 15, just like you. I get sad when I think about her but I don't cry (all the time). Maybe some of your other answers will say that you don't love them anymore, but it's NOT TRUE!!!! All it is, is that you are older now and that happened while ago. Your mom would want you to be happy and not sit on your *** thinking about her all the time and regreting that she passed away! She wants you to be happy and that is JUST WHAT YOU ARE!!!!

you have probably heard that time heals all wounds. while in time the crying and extreme pain stop, time will not erase your mom. you will always miss her but the way you deal with that changes and thinking about her wont cause the pain it once did. you loved your mom at 11 and at 15 you still love her and when your 65 you will love her but at different times in your life that love will bring you different feelings. the fact that this is worrying you shows the love that you feel for her. when my sister died i thought i would cry forever. now the things about her that would have caused me to lose it then now make me smile.

Because it's in the past. You had your time to get the crying out, and now you look back with fond memories. It doesn't mean you love anyone any less, you've simply accepted this as a normal cycle of life.
It's a good thing...never question the good.

i lost my nan a couple of years ago, and then 5 months after that, i had a miscarriage at 5 months, and i don't cry anymore, you don't need to cry to let people know that you miss them as its obvious to every one that you will miss your mum. a few years ago, my mate lost someone that she loved and she was more or less always cruing, but in the end we just had to tell her that crying 24/7 wasn't going to bring them back and that she was beginning to feel sorry for herself. sorry for your loss xxx

No it's not bad, it just means that you've accepted it and are at a place of peace. Love for someone never dies. Time heals. It sounds as though you have grown up and your Mom would be proud of you, I'm sure.

No. People deal with their emotions in different ways. Crying is just one way and it's not mandatory.
