Let's say you have a daunting power. You can inform anyone in the world who's awake of what you're thinking. Problem is, while you can tell everyone anything that you've just heard, the price paid is that if your mind turns sour, you're basically telling everyone what you think during that. What would you do?

Find a way to get rid of it - my mind is a seething pit of pain as it is, I don't want the rest of the world suffering along with me - just the people who've given me pain...
As for the world knowing what usually goes on in my mind? They'd go screaming insane, my mind contains entire universes within it, each one with it's own set of rules and physics....

If I can read and enter people minds and move object with my mind, I would learn to control my powers and instead of it controlling me. I will be controlling it, so when me mind turns sour I can stop informing people.

Only one solution,...Become a Master of your thoughts and learn to control what you think...Whenever something evil or negative comes in your head, clear your mind immediately and reset your thoughts to something positive.
