Shipping to India?

I will be moving to India in summer, and I will be taking some precious memories of mine from here to Ahmedabad, India
I have looked up several sites to ship packages to India, but no where I can find a descent website with the pricing info
Has anyone used a service which ships stuff to India, and know how much it cost?

try the postal service, a few moving companies do international
movers
also try fedex , UPS and DHL
