Thats why there is a animal control if sam would take care of fido we would not need A.C.but sounds like impound time and yes they can plus fine sam even to well fido wouldnt like it

Depends on jurisdiction, where the animal is and why animal control got called in the first place.

Most likely the animal control officer is there due to a complaint...

Its usually a bad idea to not comply with a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. They have radios... and that brings thier friends who carry shotguns, tear gas, billy clubs and handcuffs.

You only make it worse... If the officer is wrong... let the judge tell him.
