I gave up smoking for food once, then food for smoking. Now I'm looking for another addiction to take the place of my smoking. Maybe excersize.

Yes, I bounce from one thing to another sadly, I have a very addictive personality. I am perfectly happy (or like to think so) when I am in a comfortable rut.

I quit smoking about a month ago. So far no backsliding but I am eating more, and I chew gum and nicorette like crazy. This is less harmful to my lungs but nic therapy products are horrible for your mouth and your stomach. If I don't quit farting every five seconds from the stuff, I may have to start smoking again, just for the fresh air.

That is the main one.

I gave up smoking and gained about 45 pounds. I finally lost the weight, and a few more pounds, by getting addicted to roller skating.
I go every week and when it's not crowded I can really fly.
