Mine did that the day in the past immediately i unplugged the mains cable and took out the scarts, the telephone line, the sky dish cable and the television aerial leads and then sat it on the table and bumped off the cardboard left for approx 20 minutes to calm down replugged each little thing in ability cable final and after 15-20 seconds it confirmed the sky help/shopper channel.

Disable hibernation.

Turn it off first (usually you can hold the power button on pc). If this doesn't work (why shouldn't it?), then you should pull the plug if you haven't done anything important on your computer that day.
