I'm guessing you would be type B then. Although, I don't know how scientific this diet is.

I assume you posted to this section because you wanted an answer based on science. I had thought this fad diet died out a while ago. There is no biological connection between blood antigen type and dietary intake. The only thing that the ABO blood antigen indicates is the particular alleles you inherited for an enzyme that modifies a glycosylated membrane protein.
There are real disorders that restrict diet, such as food allergies, familial hypercholesterolemia and PKU but blood type is not one of them. The good point of following this nonsense is that it really can't do you any harm and you may feel better about your diet if you feel like you are taking action to help your body. The downside is that it is a sign that science and critical thinking are not being taught and you're out a few bucks for some fad diet book.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, easy on the fats and meat. But more important than diet, is exercise. Doesn't even take a pamphlet.

there has been no medical reason to have self belief that bodies technique and require ingredients in a diverse way in reaction to blood types. Blood types come from the bodies putting markers on cells to help % out its very own cells from distant places bodies. it relatively is a small substitute that would not impact how the physique metabolizes.

Blood proteins are just one of a million biological differences we have as humans, if you were to say to me it makes a difference I would say NO. Just eat natural foods and exercise aerobically.
