A few dust particles. Since I'm not required to have a parking pass up there, I choose to not have anything up on my mirror. Anything hanging down could be a distraction when it moves and it is always in the field of vision.

I'm half polynesian so I used to have two beautiful white and red leis that I alternated
but since getting married my husband has removed them, being a man, he says he doesn't want flowers hanging on the mirror when he drives
