hi,
my ase is 23 but i looks like 28 years old..how to look young.i dont have any stress also...please suggest some creams or etc..

Why you look older than your age?
are you overweight?
Are you having lines on face?
See suggestions have to be problem specific ..........but in general eat healthy, sleep well and stop worrying and start living.

in order to look young.
1.first of all u hv to feel frm inside that ur young.
2.start worshipping ur body frm this very minute.
3. change ur wardrobe & wear teeee & jeans, cox will make u feel younger & active.
4. i dont know how u look like but check ur diet
5. dont think u hv passed ur teenage as teenage has got nothin to do wid ur age.
6. be a positive thinker like when anybody ask u abt ur age, INSTEAD OF TEELING HIM THAT 23 YRS OLD, SAY UR 23 YR YOUNG.
7. there is no cream which help u in looking young. u shud change ur eating habits like fruits/salads/green vegetables/ & curd.
do this for 30 days & see the diff, urself

the best way is to do regular exercise, eat healthy, and drink lots of water. no creams actually work
