I have tried the Prnt Screen but it doesn't work with this. The video's are those that I;v made using my mobile Sony Ericssion K790 and have dumped them on my laptop, how ever as with any other image thats on screen this one is not being copied even by pressing the PRT SC (Print Screen) button. Please advise.

Run the file through a video editor, that should be able to capture screen shots. Make sure that the editing software understands the video format the phone records in.

Maybe u need played the video in Power DVD (Cyberlink) there is a features that can capture the picture from video.
