It is quite clear that this plan is for two things that this government love namely tax and 'snooping'. I am open to correction but I think we are among the top few nations in the world paying so much for using our vehicles. The tracking device to be fitted in your vehicle has a sinister purpose in that the government will be able to track every move of your vehicle. Of course this will only be for law abiding folks criminals will quickly find a way round it just as they found a way round the gun laws.
Please don't anyone tell me if your law abiding you have nothing to fear that idea was discredited by this government years ago.
