4.Egypt tourism lady here told me i should rent hotel get them to give booking to airport have copy of booking when i arrive so i can get visa on arrival is it so or i can just get visa on arrival?

2. It's safe to stay in rented apartment as long as you are not in the dessert alone
4.Yes it's better to have the hotel or travel agency confirmation and 2 way ticket to take the visa, but may be you can also take it without that.
