Are you kidding? Attractive men half-naked in tight spandex rolling all over one another? Getting into locked positions that look enticingly like the ones you get into for gay sex?

It's the epitome of sexiness! (And I say this as a woman who loves male/male action).

What an odd question.

Ok, let's kick of by saying, not all gay people are turned on by wrestling. Those who are... possibly enjoy the thrill from the phisical exertion, ask any gym addict or exersize freak... It gives you a pretty "special" feeling whe you really push yourself to the limit. also... wrestling provides high impact body contact with thier partners and hey... If thats how thay get thier jollies then good luck to 'em !

I should imagine it's also in part due to the high level of body contact that wrestling provides WITHOUT intimacy. You can hold another guy upside down and back to front and squeeze him as hard as you like, then fall down onto him... and it's OK, because it's wrestling, not sex, which leads us to the idea... Maybe a few closeted and in denial guys like it, because it's "not gay.... it's fighting" and therefore manly and safe.

Personaly I enjoy the odd playfight here and there, but only if it's leading somewhere, y'know ?

Well I can't speak for all of them, but I can say I am not. I do think a few (and I do mean very few) of them are very atractive, but the whole idea of wrestling (by that I mean WWF or whatever it is called now) turns me off. Nothing more than a bunch of overgrown guys running their mouths, spouting off at each other to draw attention from an ignorant blood lusting crowd.

As I mentioned earlier I am refering to the pay per view variety wrestling. The college or greco roman (real) wrestling is truly sport, I can't really say it turns me on more than anything else with hot guys in spandex, but I do respect it (unlike WWF and the like) as a legitimate sport.

I am sure I will get comments about WWF being "real", so I will clear that up now. The moves they are doing are real, but they are just that, staged moves or stunts, it is nothing more than a big act

WHY are we turned on by wrestling? You'd have to say male wrestling because females wrestle to. Anyway, I'm turned on when hot younger guys like Jeff Hardy or Edge might lock big studs like Batista in a body scissors because it looks like to males f ucking and making out. particularly the submission holds. What's the difference between that and porn?

If you watch Borat the movie, there is a wrestling scene in there that I think would turn any gay man straight.

lol, I watch wrestling I like looking at the guys bodies. I don't care about who wins. lol. Randy Orton and Batista are cute. I also like the storylines more than i like the actual wrestling, don't think i'd watch if there were just wrestling without the drama.

Shouldn't that be 'some' gay people, don't generalise! Not all (infact probably few) gay people are turned on by this,i'm assuming you mean gay men?Because as a lesbian I know this doesn't do anything for our lot!! Why are a lot of straight men turned on by girl-on-girl porn (it soooo is nothing like what they put in a porno!!!) when that isn't a real representation of lesbian sex...

I find nothing that excites me of seeing so called pro wrestling of grown men acting as if they are wrestling. This is not wrestling but form of entertainment and oh so phony.

i imagine its more beneficial an idealism then a real admiration for most. It stems again to the concept homosexuality flourished in historic Greece, beginning position of wrestling as all of us understand it immediately. data shows that Olympic video games were a get mutually of masculinity and many homosexuals, through a Dan Brownish perversion of historic previous, see it as a get mutually of homosexuality. i wager specifically because competition wrestled nude. Regardless, quick ahead to the beginning of seize-as-seize can wrestling in the well-known international. very like boxing, wrestling went through a "beer and sausage" area of gentleman wrestlers (i.e. off form Anglo-Saxons). again a get mutually of masculinity yet because it grow to be sans the Grecian ideal of muscular nude adult men in close quarters, it not in any respect grow to be favourite with the gay community. Over the century or so wrestlers have grow to be leaner and larger in good structure. Chiseled abs replacing beer guts, body hair being shaved or waxed off. evaluate adult men like the yank Dream Dusty Rhodes to adult men like Batista and also you'll see the version (amazingly, Dusty has more beneficial or a lot less, or more beneficial, of an similar structure he has had considering his heyday). As wrestlers visual attraction returns to the Grecian ideal, so do the gay undertones. If I indignant anybody, please settle for my apologies. maximum of those suggestions come from bouncing suggestions off my pal who's a gay. So please, do no longer see me as a homophobe, I basically do not swing that way is all.
