Who is the kind and willing soul who would design the blogsite that I want to put up?

I am planning to put up my own blog which is hosted by blogspot. However, I am totally clueless as to how to make my blogsite more customized because I do not have sufficient html lessons. Can anyone help me out? I have heard of people designing friendster skins as per request, so I thought there'd be peopele who'd be willing to help me out on my blog too.
