What a great question. Due to the fact that Juggernaut not only has the immovable power, he also has a few other traits at his advantage over Blob. First, Juggernaut has the advantage of speed and mobility. Granted, Blob can move well for his girth, but nowhere near the speed that Juggy can. Juggernaut would build up momentum, and also use his heightened strength (Class 100) to lay the smack down on Blob. Blob is also very strong, (Class 75-can lift 5 tons) but Juggy is stronger, quicker, more agile, and he would not be above using weapons to strike at Blob. Blob more or less uses his abilities in a stationary position to thwart off attacks, while Juggy actively attacks on the offensive. The winner would be Juggernaut.

Seeing as how the Blob is immovable, and the juggernaut is unstoppable, here's my Theory:
The Juggernaut would run at the blob full speed, and the blob would brace himself. Juggy would hit the blob and not be stopped, but ricochet off going in another direction, like a bullet hitting a steel wall.
So the Juggernaut was not stopped, and the blob was not moved.....they both live up to their namesakes.

Blob is immoveable only so long as his feet are planted on the ground. Colossus has lifted him before, making him more open to attack. Juggernaut easily has the resistance to withstand Blob's attacks while he did the same thing. He could lift Blob into the air and then hit him. Juggernaut wins.

Juggernaut, no question.
One thing everyone seems to have left out is that Juggs isn't a mutant- he's a magically powered force whose powers are not limited by physical strain.
Blob can make himself immovable, and is has incredible strength, but is limited by strain and endurance (or lack thereof). However, Juggsta's cyttorak gem makes him unstoppable and capable of magical based force well beyond the Blob's immovability.
Lest we forget, strength and inertia aren't the only things in Jugg's arsenal... he also has the ability to summon unbreakable barriers among other things.
This victory would easily go to the Juggernaut.
Besides, have you ever seen a costume like his? Don't you know who the f*ck he is?

actually, Jugs would do like Rogue did once. Rip up the floor under him and deal with him that way.
Go Juggs.
