You really do need to see a doctor. Lack of a period could be a problem with your diabetes, a problem with your reproductive organs, inefficient nutrition, or absolutely nothing at all!

There are health issues where your inactive periods can be a signal that something is wrong in another body system. A professional will be familiar with this.

I know seeing a gyno seems horribly embarrassing and you want to put it off as long as possible. But honestly its not as bad as you think. The first time I went I thought it was a huge deal and that the doctor would be down there forever. Turns out he was in and out (pardon the pun) in less than 3 minutes. You can have your mom or someone in there with you if you want. I am a virgen too so I was really uncomfortable with it at first but the doctor was so matter of fact about the whole thing that I wasnt all that embarrassed during the exam. (I hope you appreciate my sharing my story with the world for you).
It may not be a comfort to know that the doctor is looking at vaginas all day because its the first time someone is looking at yours. Try to remember that when examining you- you are nothing but a body part to them. If you want to make avoid any kind of personal connection during the exam just tell them that you dont wish to have a conversation as he/she examines you. Some doctors like to talk to make you more comfortable while others like to treat your body and you as seperate entities by not talking then leaving for you to get dressed before they come back in and talk to you about the exam. Think about what would make you more comfortable and request it. You can also choose a male or female gyno depending on what you are more comfortable with.
Dont' let your embarassment compromise your health. Seeing the gyno is a bit embarrassing but not nearly as bad as the horror stories you see in movies.

Pls go see a dr about this, and let them know about your fears about being there.

You can start with your primary care physician if you have one but they may send you to a gynecologist because they deal with these kind of issues on a regular basis. When you go make sure to let it be known that you want to talk to the dr first in plain clothes before you have to start getting undressed for the exam.

Definitely go to see a doctor. Missing a period for that long when you know you are not pregnant can mean you have some serious issues going on.

And just so you know, it is possible (no likely, but possible) to get pregnant if you have had any semen anywhere near your vaginal opening, even without having actual intercourse. If that is the case, I would take a home pregnancy test first

I truthfully have had the two female and male medical doctors look into my penis for the period of an examination. All have been expert and effective of their paintings. I have not have been given any decision. {section be conscious: the female surgeon became into very, very sturdy finding and while she held it in her hand and moved it around I grew to develop into aroused. She grinned and commented that I looked like a wholesome youthful guy with sturdy reactions. She complete the examination and it went down lower back.)
