ok when your do pirating downloads you are getting the programs usually in the form of rar cab files sequences so you ll need the other rar cabs to extract the first one. this is because the person who out the files in rar format set volume table in the archive so when its extracted it looks for the other rar files archives depndanciesndancys

you can install Win Rar to help you.
Alternatively in case the file is not 'highly compressed' you can use winzip to decompress the file.

it will do all files, and works great.... winrar is better, but costs money... and i'd consider 7-zip to be 2nd best if money wasn't a factor, out of all archive/zip programs...
