When the Penguins start scoring goals, they can not be stopped, they have the most powerful offense and are now the 6th best team in the league, we have seen this in the past 16 games where they have not lost in regulation. Luck? No they have just beat Dallas, Nashville, Buffalo, and New Jersey. With the youthful talent that this team has they will create a dynasty such as the New England Patriots. Can anybody stop them right now? And no they are not moving to Kansas City, the whole situation is a ploy to get the most money for the city and the state. Let me know what you think?

personally i think so, but as a Pens fan you gotta hear me out. The penguins are a youthful team, so it will be harder in the playoffs, but realize that they have already beaten the top teams in both conferences at least once. Plus, they have players like Recchi, who have won at least won one stanley cup and therefore have the experience. If they can rally behind Recchi, who won the cup last year with Carolina, then it shouldnt be too difficult; the talent is there.
And never call New England a dynasty. A dynasty has to be at least 5 years long. Their reign was only 4.
But you are right; with their youth and talent, i can see at least 2 stanley cups in their future

Welcome lower back! The 2009 Stanley Cup champion would be...the 1994 manhattan Rangers! it relatively is extraordinary...right this is how that's going to take place: as quickly as signed to a one-year contract with the manhattan Rangers, Jaromir Jagr will grow to be the pouty priss he had consistently been and insist a commerce to the 1994 Rangers, through fact he feels they have the final shot on the Cup. In substitute for Jagr's centers, the 1994 Rangers will deliver 1994 Stephane Matteau and 1994 and 1995 Rangers first around draft selections (through fact there is not any better thrill for a Rangers fan than to relive the Christian Dube years)! interior the consequent seven activity affair, the 1994 Rangers will beat the 1993 Toronto Maple Leafs (through fact karma and sheer redundancy of an East Coast team enjoying in a Western convention upload to the drama).

The Penguins will absolutely not win the Cup. They will make it to the second round tops. The playoffs is not the regular season. Their youth and inexperience in that type of play will show.
They are an extremely impressive team which will be very good for years. But this year isn't the one of the cup... Future years, they have a great chance

A) I hope they win b/c I'm a huge pens fan
B) You're right, there is no way in hell that once they get in a scoring rush that they can be stopped!
C) It's not luck, its pure talent and youth
D) I repeat B, NO THEY CAN'T BE STOPPED
E) And I still am furious with the possibility of a move from Pittsburgh to any other city. Unless it was Syracuse, NY (Where I live)
F) I think that all the pens need is to keep their spirits high and continue on their hot streaks and they will have many chances at the Stanley cup for many years!

they may win the cup but it will not be in 2007.the decision has not been made about moving the team so don't put all your eggs in one basket.i am not saying they are not good but i don't believe they will win the cup this year.i think they put to much on Sidney Crosby, they have other players, look at Jordan staal.one man cannot make a team.there are to many good teams out there that have not only one good line but four.they may have beaten those teams once but that does not mean they can beat them in a series of games as in the playoffs or the run for the cup.what happens if they suffer injuries, do they have ahl players they can call up that can play NHL style hockey?there are alot of teams out there that have a young team on their side and i think there is no such thing as a dynasty today!!!!!!!!!!!

Comparing anything to the New England Patriots dynasty is like comparing politicians to Stalin. Lol. I sort of wish my Leafs would make it. 40 years is a long time to wait. You're right about the Penguins having a strong offense, but they seem to me to be sort of a lopsided team. A lot of bite but no way to protect themselves should they face a really aggressive team. They've been interesting to watch though. We'll see...

They do not have the defense nor toughness to make it through the entire NHL playoffs. They are much improved and I can see them swiping a series maybe even two but win the cup, absolutely not. They won't even make it to the finals to play for the cup much less win it. They are on their way though and to say they have the makings of a future dynasty is an understatement!

I don't think they will win it this year. They are my team and I would love to see them win it. although I wonder how many of the so called fans were around the last 4 years though.

They're on an impressive run, but I think their youth will ultimately succumb to the pressure and grind of the NHL playoffs.
