Well, if you mean by the first season, then the parents of Prince finally accepted Rani as she was responsible for giving him a new life after he had this accident.
If you don't, then, the second season is still going on where Prince and Rani have died leaving a girl, Pari who (unfortunately) is married to the son of Kamya(ie. the ex-gf of Prince) .
In the episodes going on these days, Pari is in the hospital after an accident. Her grandfather (Prince's dad) is paralysed. Pari's half-sister Khushi has left her husband after some differences. And Prince and Rani's son(who was lost) has been found and lives in their house.
My suggestion, if you didn't know all this then avoid starting to wach the program again.
