Move the decimal two spaces to the right.

.625 = 62.5%
3.08=308%
.005=00.5%
.098=9.8%

You can do the rest, right?

all you do is move the decimal 2 places to the right when your changing decimal to percent. why? cus your multplying everything by 100. so basically
0.625= 62.5%
3.08=308%
0.005=5%
and when your changing from percent to decimal, you do the opposite, and move the decimal 2 places to the left,
500%=5.0
0.25%= .0025
125%=1.25
goodluck

percent means per 100. To illustrate I'll use your 1st number:
0.625 = 0.625/1 = 0.625 per one
0.625 = 10*0.625/10 = 6.25 per ten
0.625 = 100*0.625/100 = 62.5 per hundred = 62.5%
To convert to a decimal, you reverse the process:
62.5% = 62.5/100 = 6.25/10 = 0.625/1 = 0.625
