I don't shave but I trimm. Shaving makes the hair tough.

No. I know that a lot of swimmers and body builders shave all of their body hair. Does not bother me.

Not weird for the first time he does it. Painful if he continues to do it. I can just imagine all the tiny hairs poking him as they grow back.
