Certified home health aide $ 10.00 an hour.stoppped goinig up .50 raises this past year. Do I just ask them? I am also going to school to become an RN. But I really need to know if I should work in a hospital now to make more money and to get my foot in the door when I am ready for RN work.

Are they aware of your RN studies? Prepare a case , in writing, for why you deserve more pay, & exactly how much you feel your skills , education, & experience warrant based on income levels in the local market.

If you present a compelling & factual argument you might be suprised what they'll offer, Remember you are your own best salesperson.....if you can't sell YOU....then who can !! Good Luck !!
