Because the law does not grant rights to vigilantes. It is sad but true. I cannot think of any parent I know who would not want to take the life of their child's rapist with their own two hands, but it is none the less illegal.
I do think more should be done to rapists and child molesters. There is the old saying that a rapist and a child molester is the lowest of the low when it comes to criminals, and that they are given especially cruel treatment by their peers in prison. Not having spent any time there myself, I cannot say, but I do hope it is true.
I read of a Judge who was cited for cruel and unusual punishment when he issued orders that convicted sex offenders had to do such things as post bumper stickers on their cars or post yard saigns proclaiming "A convicted sex offender lives here."
Part of me wishes that were done more often, at the VERY least.

The system is flawed, yes. It does need to be worked on. This is something you should definitely bring up with the senators from your state and the representative from your district for the US Congress, and also your local congressmen for the State legislature, ask them if there's anything being done and if there's not, ask them to do something. I agree, it's sick and immoral and it needs to be fixed, so that the molester or rapist goes away for a VERY long time, and you don't have to go after the person at all because they'll be in jail.

Because even though it may seem justifiable to take their life, vigilante justice is against the law. Sometimes I wonder if our governments and courts care more about criminals rights than the victims. Probation isn't s**t, you get probation for driving without a license! I've got 2 girls and if anyone ever laid a finger on the hair on their head, they would never be found again. Did you know that our "Miranda Rights" were named after a rapist, who got off on all the charges against him because needless to say he was never read any rights, he then later killed a man I believe and continued to rape women and then finally was served his due justice, I guess they actually read him his rights the 2nd time around.

I even don't understand, yet i imagine it will be any incorrect way round. The molester/rapist ought to get detention center time, no longer the friend. easily, if it were as a lot as me, i'd decrease off their dick first and then supply them detention center time! Sorry if I sound like a b i t c h, yet i grow to be molested as a newborn through my grandfather. I had to stay with that evening my entire existence. I actually have youngsters now and that i'm nonetheless living with it. Til the day I die i is basically not an similar after what he did to me. besides the undeniable fact that the bastard grow to be egocentric sufficient to question me if I forgive him at the same time as he grow to be on his demise mattress. SORRY! No can do. desire he likes it down there in hell.

Believe or not laws protects all. Killing somebody is worse and gives more time in jaill than child molesting. Is crazy because molestors keep molesting after they leave jail. That's why the government came up with child predator state registry.

I'm sorry to say I don't understand it myself and I worked in law enforcement a long time. If anything I would say mostly because there aren't much rooms in the prisons or jails. I have no answer for you.
