I dont understand what you are asking.

If you mean after a vasectomy, where the male no longer has sperm during sex, then yes , he can still have sex. Not for a few days after his operation though.

contraception? im not sure what you are asking, most contraception for males is a condom. that doesnt make any difference in having sex.

i don't even understand what you mean by "contraception." male contraceptions are condoms. and usually guys get condom shy, not..natural shy? you can definitely have sex normally. you mightnot believe it, but it's actually the way we were designed...
