Have you really tried to study when you mention that girl's name, and found that you can't concentrate, or do you only feel that you can't study?
If it is the first, then you have no choice but not to mention her name at all, if you are used to say it aloud, or to stop recalling her name in your mind if you arent used to speaking her name aloud. In both cases, what you have to do is to make a conscious effort not to use that name. Instead, try using the name of the person you have a crush or, or better still, a name which you like. This could be name of a relation of yours, or a flower/car/thing that you love. When that girl's name comes to you mind or to your lips, stop and start using the other name of the realtion/thing that you love. This has to be made a habit.
At the same time, you need to forget all things associated with that girl, so that you dont face the prospect of recalling her name later. This has to be by conscious effort. In course of time, you will stop mentioning that girl's name and also stop thinking about her. This should help you to concentrate on other things like your studies.
If ever you happen to think of that girl, please try to divert your attention to something you love to do such as watch a movie, read a book, do a crossword, play with your friends, etc.
If you still have a problem, then you may need to take professional help.

Perhaps, you're deluding yourself, and you do have a crush on your friend.
Or, perhaps, you have some kind of mental association to your friend or her name that is particularly distracting. For example, if you love playing tennis and you only play tennis with this particular friend of yours, then her name would remind you of tennis, making you want to play tennis, so you can't concentrate.
However, if you like your friend, try to be honest with yourself... before you wind up hurting that 'someoneelse'.
