In our time, today and tomorrow is the correct version. There used to be the time (I don't know how long ago) when to-day and to-morrow were considered to be correct.

Both words are words in their own right and there is no need for a hyphen in either of them.
After all you would not write the word Yesterday as Yes-terday or even yester-day would you?

mmm, I would go for the first two simply because that is what is commonly used and understood by many. I can't see the reason for you seperating the words as there is no reason that can be calculated. Good luck anyway.

No dash needed. The use of the dash is obsolete. Some may argue that it is not incorrect but why make it more complex than it needs to be?
