If it turns out to be a sociopath can kill as soon as can hold weapons, even at what age they know they can kill humans? Plus at what age does a child can develop sexual desire, as for to try sexual intercourse or rapping another child?

I'm asking about children, puberty or early adolescence. Talking about killing humans, this worries me because of a anecdotic case about a 10 year old boy and a 3 year old victim

the victim was a 3 year old female, raped and killed, no evidence of any other person in touch with her in 12hrs. but her 10 year brother. How come? What could be the origin of this? What can lead a child to act this way? What should be done?

The desire to hurt, damage or destroy can arise at any age. The ability to act on it requires available resources, e.g. it's barely practical for a boy to rape before he is pubescent enough to get an erection.

Developmental psychologists say that a child develops a sense of the irreversibility of death at about the age of 5 or 6, so maybe "5 to 6" is your answer -- in the sense that if a boy of 4 kills a baby he probably doesn't really know what killing does to the killed person.

There was a very news-making murder by two 10-year-old boys of a 2-yr-old boy (James Bulger) in England in 1993. It was shocking because 10 is unusually young for such acts.

Sexual desire is latent in most of us, as you can see from some child-play. It normally only manifests in blatantly inter-personal erogenous/sexual expression after puberty.

All this is easier to understand if you accept the premiss that we reincarnate. A person brings forward from their past lives seed tendencies of habits and desires and fears. If (and only if) conditions are favourable, these seeds will flourish and grow into behaviours and manifest choices -- including our sexuality and, for those with that terrible condition, the desires and fears of a sociopath. We also create some new mental patterns during the present life, especially in early childhood.

Usually, a sociopath will begin their fascination with murder/death in their early adolescent years. They may perhaps begin by torturing or killing animals.
