Everything should look effortless and not desperate (too much make up and perfume is bad). Symmetry and looking healthy are two main visual points people first look at. Work on the voice (no need sounding like a chipmunk, a mumbler or a man) and be polite.

Enhance your current features, paint your nails, wear make up, wear clothes and shoes that make you feel confident, go to a club have a few drinks, dance with guys (or gals), learn to flirt, learn to smile, have a red bull and take on the world with your new found energy!
